Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for our digital software licenses. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds
Refunds for digital software licenses will be issued within 7-14 business days of the approval of the return request. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If the payment method is no longer available, we will issue the refund by check or bank transfer. Please note that we are unable to refund any fees charged by your financial institution.
Replacement
If you wish to exchange your license for a different product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the original product and get a new one. Please note that we can only exchange licenses for products of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of greater value, you will need to purchase the difference separately.
